  4. Tilt the pan away from you and add a small amount of water to the pan. Avoid getting water near the pizza by tilting the pan at an angle so the water pools away from the pizza.
  5. Cover the pan.
  6. The hot bottom of the pan will crisp up the bottom of the pizza while the steam from the water will heat the toppings and remelt the cheese.
  7. When the cheese is melted, you are done!

Using A Microwave

This is the worst way to reheat your New York Pizza and I would not recommend it. But sometimes, there are no other options.

To reheat your pizza in a microwave, simply place the slices on a plate, put it in the microwave and run it for 45 seconds. It will be hot but not great tasting.

Since all microwaves are different with different power levels, you can experiment with different power settings to see if you get a better result. For example, you may want to try running it at 50% power for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
